There are two possible thoughts that strike me as I read this Harley. The first was that it could just be down to her being an entire female and that is what some queens do - the solution to this is to decide if you want her to continue to have babies and if not, then get her spayed.
The second thought was that she may have a urinary infection and its possible she finds it uncomfortable to wee - the answer to this is to take her to the vet to check it out.
