Hi, I was wondering if any of you have any experience with this...

My cat started messing in the bathroom instead of her litter tray or outside from when she started becoming heavily pregnant. It became more and more frequent up, and I thought it would stop when she had her litter, but it hasn't. She does it everywhere in the house now. The box with her kittens is in the bedroom upstairs & I had the tray in the bathroom as she didnt like leaving her kittens & she would use it, but sometimes would just go next to it or do it downstairs even when the tray was fresh.

She started leaving her kittens a lot, going outside etc. so I moved the tray downstairs but the problems carried on. She was sometimes going in the bathroom, kitchen, dining room. Yesterday I saw her after she had messed in the kitchen, & she walked to her litter tray afterwards & started scraping the litter

My sister has had her for about 6 months & she can't handle it anymore, as soon as the kittens are on solids she's going to get rid of the cat if I don't take her back, but I don't want her if she's going to carry on like this. What can we do?
