LOL - because they make lots of money? That doesn't mean that the foods are appropriate for cats.
Don't take my word for it, do the research yourselves.
I am always very sceptical myself about anything like this, but I am now convinced that dry food is bad - it's like feeding your kids on sugar coated cereal and nothing else. Would anyone do that? I don't think so.
