Dont get me started on the vet subject, I think they are from planet Uranus!

Vinnie has two ball like lumps under his chin in his loose skin which the vet told us was an infection due to him drinking wee, picking up germs etc. Our other Bully, the bitch, has an ingrowing tail and gets frequent infections in it. We have spoken to the vets about having it removed and due them all being young they have never done an operation like this before or dealt with an ingrowing tail so they keep telling us they will get back to us and Im still waiting. Our last conversation with them was at the end of June and they still havnt come back to us. I want to change vets but Im unsure what the Insurance view would be on that? We are insured with Pet Plan, would they be happy for us to change vets if we have an ongoing claim with them?

Pet Plan is another gripe I have, we pay over £80 a month dog insurance for 2 Bulldogs!!! Its gone up from £30 a month to over £40 each. Again, I want to change insurance but is it difficult to do that when your dog has had quite a few claims?
