It is probable that she is showing signs of fear agression. If she is tied up alone, she wil feel vulnerable as she would not be able to get away from a percieved threat.

I wouldn't worry about it, as it is inadvisable to leave her tied up alone. More and more dogs are stolen all the time, so it is best not to leave her unsupervised.
