Not sure about the dog collar.. sounds like your dog needs some anti flams and some painkillers..
We have done inti inflamatories 3 times the first time after she fell off the chair she had them for a week then they changed the tablet to something else with a painkiller in it for a week, then while we have been away last week i had a weeks worth to give her a bit of freedom while we have been on holiday and i dont think they make any difference to her , she also gets glocosamine , shark cartillage , and green lipped muscle . and both dogs are fed raw.
