I know what you mean walking on your own definately has it's pluses. The thing is there are lots of really lovely countryside walks around were I live but unfortunately some of them are a bit secluded so I would feel more comfortable walking in company. Also, hopefully other people might be able to introduce me to some new walks?
The dog training group route sounds like a good idea, there are a few training organisations locally so I'll contact them and see if they know of any walking groups - thanks
