I lower the treat over the back of her head and she just gets up on her back legs and walks backwards... I tried lowering my hand so that she couldn't stand up on her back legs and then she would just walk backwards on all 4 legs or just grab hold of my hand with her paws... that "natural" sit thing they do this way just isn't happening with Foxy

I am trying the technique where I persuade her bottom end down with a slight touch of my hand and say "Sit" then give her a treat... hopefully this will work.
sounds like you are having as much fun with Foxy as we are with Piper with this hehe. I was pulling my hair out because the tecnique had worked with my boy the year before, but she just wasn't having any of it. Maybe its cuz girls are more intelligent thinking "I'm not playing some silly game watching the treat, I'll just take it thanks"

Well said! 2 hours is way too long
