Some dogs do, it's normal, and poo is actually good for them (their own that is, not others). It's full of good (and bad), bacteria.

Oscar should grow out of it, but you can also make sure you pick up straight after he's done his biz.

Normally it's a sign that they need more bacteria in their diet, so some doggy probiotics would be good.
