At the end of the day the staffie owner is at fault but your friend should have kept her dogs on the lead or atleast have recall down 100% and yes i know male dogs tend to ignore all things when they smell a bitch in season, but if their recall was 100% then there wouldn't have been a problem.
and before im told im being mean or harsh i do have experience with male dogs and owners who take their bitches out in season and our males always came back when called  |
