Why don't you wait until you have met the people? Instead of making any decisions before then?

To me, the best home is one where the dog will a valued family member, given all the time, attention and training it needs, and kept forever, no matter what. That home could equally be one with young children, or someone that wants to show or work their dog. It would come down to how they would view their dog than it's purpose, for me.
