Tell your hubby hes talking rubbish!!!! I have NEVER heard of anyone catching anything from a dog licking after eating raw chicken or any raw meat!!!!!
I do have to wipe their mouths after they eat but only b'cos I own a VERY drooly breed. I get slobber on my hands and just wash it off after - changing your dogs to this diet is whats best for your dogs - thats the important thing here - have a google and see if you can find any statistics regarding humans catching something from a lick off a dog who is raw fed....
I know plenty of people who feed raw and I have never heard anything so daft
