My neighbour has left a rottweiler in their house for six weeks plus,asking a 16year old to drop in on him.The lad hasn't been round for three days.I have a key and have been opening the back door so he can get out. And now I'm feeding him.The council and RSPCA are not really interested.The house is full of poo and he's chewed everything.I just don't know what to do,it's been 3 weeks and i'm so upset,He's a fab dog,he doesn't deserve this.Why do humans treat animls like objects.Thanks for listening,nobody else will.Sheila.
