Hi, I have just bought my cat back from the vet, he was hit by a car and has a broken pelvis and the top of his leg is broken, it is displaced by about 1 cm ( he is only 16weeks old)the vet has said to leave things as they are and allow him to heal by himself, he is now in his cat box and will have to stay there for one month, surly he needs an operation to pin his leg back in place. has anyone else had the same situation? and what was the outcome for the cat, did they heal ok? please help, im worried for him.
