I agree with AJ my dogs would instantly get protective if a dog came running towards me. How can you train them if you can't let them loose you ask. Lessons would be the answer call around and I'm sure you will find a class that helps with off leash training eg agility lessons, obedience classes etc start on leash go to off leash and all the other owners are prepared if your dog doesn't listen...Jill
