Hi

My 10 month of Short Haired German Pointer, Daisy has a bad habit that I really need to stop before she gets hurt or I have a breakdown- either one really
Now Daisy has been to puppy class and she is very well trained when you have her concentration. However, when she sees another dog she runs off to it and completely ignores me. I can whistle, shout, be really exciteable, I have tried walking or running in the opposite direction that kind of thing! Daisy gives it say 5 - 10 minutes of me shouting and whistling like a crazy woman and then runs back. I then ask her, enthusiasticly to come to me so I can get her on the lead - erm no chance !

She comes about 3 foot away from me then legs it back to the other person with the dog! Daisy likes to do this on average a couple of times before I can manage to get her back on the lead! Even if we are walking on a path and have walked on after we have seen another dog for while, she sometimes folds back and decides to go find some fun with the other dogs!
We try dominating Daisy (dog whisperer style) and she doesn't take that seriously. I am firm with her and don't let her be the dominant one in the house I try my best to gain her trust and respect. She has come on leaps and bounds (literally

) with the other parts of her training, but I just can't get her attention when she sees another dog!
Has anyone got any ideas? I am open to anything as I am worried she may run after a vicious dog or even end up on a road
