Ive had this happen to me with a 7 week old kitten,i suspect he slid of the coffee table whilst running around like a loon! i took him to b x rayed but he was fine,within a couple of days he was back to normal.if he seems uncomfortable you may need to take him to the vets for a anti inflammatry and painkiller shot to make him more comfortable
