Re: Pet Insurance

Hi
Having had a really bad experience with one company which has resulted is us over the past two years paying out over £11,000 in vet fees, I can tell you if it sounds too good to be true it probably is, Avoid E&L

Always may sure that you have a 'for life' policy and not an ' annual' (some policies only cover the illness for the year - they put exclusions in the following year)

Our vets recommend pet plan.
Myself I am with Argos (think it's the gold) their best policy with Milly
and with AXA for my older dog

Having not had a claim on either cannot really comment on how good they are - but having read, and read again the t&c they sounded right. (the last company I never read the small print).

I have heard that M&S are very good, buth they have so I am told put their prices up quite a lot. Another we considered was Sainsburys.

When we got Milly she was covered by the Kennel Club for six weeks (think if your pup is KC registered this is pretty standard) Gives you the time needed to check out policyies.

There are many comparison sites, but sure there will be people along that will tell you how good or bad a certain one may be.

Can't wait to see piccys of your pup
love
Sue
