so sorry for your baby ... not sure where you are located but if you can get hold of the 100g cat food in foil pouches - they come with gravy or jelly option - they contain little morsels of meat and are very easy for a sick cat to take in
... in my case, my baby (20y) currently has a large gum abscess and lost a canine tooth recently - making all feeding exceptionally difficult - however she has progressed from just licking the gravy/jelly a week ago to now consuming all the meat and looking for more - so much happier
- also she is on 10days of antibiotics - which has proved very difficult to administer as baby has never allowed anyone to touch her mouth - have managed to mix capsule contents with water and hide this in amongst 3/4 feeds so hopefully she can't detect it
