This is a free country and if you choose your dog to cover any old bitch as you put that would be your business and nothing to do with anyone else.

There has always been a problem with unwanted dogs and there always will be no matter who chooses to breed or accidental breeding and that bears no reflection on responsible breeders or responsible owners.
