When i got my kitten a few weeks back she got runny poo as well but cleared up after a couple of days . I just put it down to the stress of new enviroment.You could always just give the vets a ring I know ours are very happy to give advice over phone.Make sure she gets plenty of water and maybe try her with a bit of plain cooked chicken. Sure others will be on in a bit to offer more advice.
