Indoor Cat Trouble
I have two burmese cats, Alfie (5) who I have had since a kitten and Wolfie (3) who we adpoted from my brother-in-law about 2 years ago.
Alfie has never been out and is happy and content.
But Wolfie used to go out when he lived at my brother-in-laws but on one of his many travels was posioned and then very ill for a long time leaving him with very poor eyesight - he does not like bright light at all! When we adopted him the vet told me he was not to go out due to his eyesight and as I already had a house cat was quite content to let him join my family.
But recently he does nothing but meow all the time to go out, this started when by accident when he got out through a window and now he wants to go out all the time but because of his eyesight he can not.
Any ideas of how to stop the meowing which goes on through the day at various times driving us all mad - will a loud noise everytime he meows put him off?
Can anyone help?
