They would all rather kick the husband or wife out before give up a cherished furry family friend who has also given them years of love and the enjoyment and thrill of kittens. They say the least they can do in return is to offer them the same love, life and security that they have known in their younger breeding years for the (usually longer) retired years.

Right ok then BUT if your breeder friends didn't have the room for ALL of their cats including returned kittens what would be your suggestion? Stop breeding?
Would you say that rehoming a cat that will go somewhere where they may be the only cat and get all the love and attention required is worse than being in a multi cat household just because the breeders are to selfish to make sure ALL of their cats have a decent quality of life?
Because surely if everyone decided against rehoming their cats then it would be the cats that suffer as they would no doubtable end up a worse situation than being rehomed?
