Kennelshop... this is the first bad experience I've had on ebay, in the 2 and a half+ years that I've used it. I feel so angry that they have conned me. I feel like ringing them up and just asking for my money back, but I think that wont happen. They seem so preoccupied that when you hang up the phone they completely forget what you just asked/said to them on the phone!
He was meant to call me back earlier and he didn't so I called him back.

I could do, but I'm not really looking to spend anymore than £40... as I've already lost my original £40!

I may as well have just chucked it down the loo
