Bee and Wendy are right in that citrus fruits won't poison them,they just (most cats not all) don't like it,but if for the kitt with watery eyes and loose poo's-maybe get them both to your vets and have them checked,as if one has something chances are that both have something,but it could be nothing-at least you will have peace of mind and they will be well
