Lightbulb New kitten and big bro bunny

Hey all, I have a 5yr old dwarf lop (allegedly but hes huge) who has been with me since he was a baby and I collected his new little sister, an 8 wk old kitten on Friday. So far so good no fur flying but I'm looking for any tips to ensure they stay amicable if not friendly. Also a couple little niggles with the kitten (I'm new to cats), firstly she has gritty/sticky eyes, we noticed this at the shelter and she got antibiotics, I'm currently wiping them with sterile water/salt solution and it doesn't bother her. Also she has had slightly soft poo last couple days, im thinking change of food/water and stress etc?
Finally and my biggest gripe, after 2 days of perfect behaviour she took to peeing on my bed, while we were in it!!! She did it 4 times in one day and is now relegated to the hall with her her food and water and toys (and has access to the bathroom). She knows where the tray is (its in the bathroom so every poo gets flushed immediately) and uses it when she wants to but i really want to stop the bed wetting any further advice greatly appreciated! My plan is to instil the tray behaviour until friday then try her in the bedroom again hopefully when the habit has formed, i miss her cuddles
