I would probably sit down and give her a good comb with a flea/nit comb to see if there are any live ones.sounds like she`s got flea dermatitis,allergy to flea bites,i had a problem recently it took several months of 4/6 wekly treatments of frontline COMBI to clear cats and house stick with it,youll sort it in the end i probably wouldnt bath her,anything may cause irritation if she has broken skin
