I'd be seriously thinking of calling that a breach of contract
- they betrayed your trust - that is bad enough for you to perhaps consider working with another agent or at least frightening them with the possibility.
Bee is right - AJ Shep is right - "thick", "morons" - its easy enough to leave a house exactly as you find it and take care not to let cats out - simple enough instructions ..i would have thought ...
