If you have facilities like that then offering livery is a great idea!
Teaching is a slightly different kettle of fish, You will need to be qualified to teach people and then get the certain insurance to cover this and also would need to get horses and ponies suitable to teach on!
Getting qualified isnt all that hard, and can be done quite quickley so maybe look into it a bit further and then see what you want to do!
