ok give him a bath put a small squirt of fairy liquid - (but it has to be original!!!!) into the shampoo and give him a good wash through make sure you wash it all out well the fairy kills any unwanted bugs, they hate it. Then just put some E45, sudocream or something like that on the spot it will hopefully clear up I think it is an ant bite
