Tuna for Cats....

I was just wondering, I have heard in the past tuna is not very good for cats, something to do with unsaturated fats causing yellow fat disease?

I notice alot of the Applaws food is made from tuna...

Now I'm confused as I hear tuna is not good for cats, yet a reputable make like Applaws use alot of it!

Any advice welcome!!
