Its annoying but your mum loves you and you have to remember times have changed it takes a while for us oldies to accept that too.
Now I was going out one evening when a film was on TV that I really wanted to watch Dirty Dancing, I asked my parents to video it, they agreed.
Following day I asked about the video mum said very sharply no we didn't tape it.
why, me and your dad don't agree with filth
but it isn't - we know we watched it
punchlines yet to come - I was about 30 at the time
So you think you guys have it tough, its parents, parenting because they care - always remember that and you will realise in time you will be exactly the same with your own children even though right now you know you won't.
