I have seen a fair bit in my time, but this is something new to me.
Sol and Minnie the kittens (Sol - m, Minnie - f) were sleeping on the sofa until Verbal (m) went up to them and started washing Sol and Minnie. Then both Sol and Verbal attempted to what I can only describe as suckle off Minnie, except Verbal was just sucking her fur and Sol was sucking her bottom
Minnie didn't seem bothered at all, but I thought I'd best check on here to see if there's something I'm doing wrong? I'm assuming Sol's problems and him being an orphan might be influencing this, but Minnie was purry about it and both boys seemed overly interested in her. I'm wondering if I should get her spayed before I home her out.
Molly, who is mum to Verbal and Minnie, went off to her new home this week and has been spayed. However, she is just over the road and until she was spayed she was still visiting the kittens, so they haven't missed out on mum, although she's not had the bond with Sol (adopted orphan) that she has with Verbal and Minnie.
Also noticed that Verbal has become very bossy with the other two, even hissing at them when over-stimulated. He is twice the size of the other two. I am looking forward to getting him neutered ASAP!
