Do you mean raspberry leaf?
I've heard of that one, its the one you can give early on in pregnancy I believe. I was going to try it but was warned by someone that it could cause the queen to abort.
Ive given caulophyllum to my queens during labour and maybe its just coincidence but all the kittens were born quickly without too much straining for the queen.

Saynamore that does surprise me, Ive never had a Pyo case but have heard they normally use conventional drugs to treat it so am surprised you have a vet who recommended the other instead.
Is there any chance of you remembering what it was you gave your girl as I would like to keep this in mind if needed in future?
