His sick is very watery and yellow, that's why at first I thought he'd randomly started weeing in the house again, then grass and food lumps started showing up in it, but it's about 98% thick liquid, like yellow washing up liquid.

He does like to put things in his mouth yes, likes to chew sticks and stones.
