That is terrible that she took it out on your dog.. when she was at fault for letting go the lead, and not able to control him.

My OH went to the shops Frid. and three people were taken to hospital due to a very drunken man who could hardly stand with a rottie, who was out of control. It was so bad that people were diving into the shops, even with their dogs to get away from them.
