God I hate it when people get dogs they cant control or even worse let their dogs off the lead..

I am terrafied of dogs I dont know and people round here let their dogs walk without being on a lead.. it's so bloody ignorant how people do that, they dont care they may be intimidating other people or even posing a threat to other people.
