The OH and I aren't too shabby with DIY so I'd never spend that amount of money on a chicken coop.
If we were terrible at DIY I'd probably buy a wooden and mesh walk in coop or a shed and run for a similar amount of money.
I think the eglus are horrendously expensive for what they are.
