Yes sounds like umbilical hernias! 1 of my pups had one in my last litter, cost about £50 to get corrected, can be caused by mum being to rough when cleaning babies after birth and chewing the cord. Some say its herediatory but i dont believe it as only had 1 in my whole breeding time all the same bloodlines
