I also think it's rather cruel and only for the entertainment of the owner. If I had a sphynx (hopefully some day
) or a similar cat and I wanted to take him/her outside on a cold day then I'd put a jumper on them for sure, as long as they were comfortable wearing it before going out. I used to dress my jack russel up when I was about 6 though
