sounds like a real handfull, shouldnt laugh but i can picture her running a mock I dont have any advice sorry.We have a bully cross staff and hes a nutter,reduces me to tears some days trying to walk him.I hope you can find a way to calm her and enjoy your walks more.Good luckbe carefull with retractable leads we tried one and gave a young woman big nasty burns around her legs when dog took off.She then threatned to report me for having dangerous dog.
