Yes it is but for some of us who cannot get our dogs covered by conventional insurance for various reasons its a very good scheme, especially considering it covers up to 10 dogs in the home so for me I get my 5/6 dogs covered for £20 AND support a charity too!

I'm with you Caroline I've joined so my lot are covered, they said it does also cover visiting dogs too so helps with peace of mind when I'm looking after friends dogs and the fosters.
