Why do they charge for a premium product if it is not actually top quality?

Also, I go back to the unanswered question about food animal welfare. Why do they boast about chicken welfare standards on their website but refuse to respond to a simple question I have posed by email about how they actually enforce such standards when their chicken comes from Thailand? It's a straightforward question and the fact that they choose not to reply speaks volumes about their likely ethical standards. A company with high standards would be proud to explain in more detail.
yes i agree - even if it turned out that there was nothing officially wrong, their response has been rubbish and i am was far from impressed to find their chicken came from thailand after they boast about their ethics!!

like you said, whats the point in paying premium if you are not actually getting premium.

i have had my lot on raw for the last couple of months now and must say after reading all this i am so glad i took them off commercial stuff - at least now i know what i am feeding them
