I don't know if this helps but maybe you need to go back to basics with her, get her working on walking to heal on lead nicely and then re-socialise her around OAPS (just go to the post office at lunch-time!!!). Or maybe contact a trainner and go to some classes or get a one-to-one.

Do you know what it is about the OAPs she goes for? walking stick, or glasses/ hat?? That might be key to sorting out the problem.
