I would ring the vet straight away. I don't want to worry you because I don't have any knowledge whatsoever, I have only been googling because my own cat is terribly ill and I have been trying to find out more, but back leg problems can be a sign of a blood clot. I am probably completely mistaken here of course but it's best to ring the vet.
