our old moggie went deaf, he lived to 21! He used to follow us around the house and meow really loudly if he couldnt see us!

She will adapt to being deaf.. she will become more dependant on you aswell and wail quite alot probably.

I would try and keep her either as a house cat or keep a really close eye on her when she goes outside as now she wont be able to hear cars or dogs, people etc.
