At first I thought they were the correction collars with the spray in them or something similar, I didn't realise that they had spikes on them that would stab the dog.

I'm sure if someone stabbed their dog with a fork everytime it didn't behave then they'd soon be hauled over hot coals for doing this, and this is what these things seem to do or have I got the wrong end of the stick so to speak?
