Feeding up a cat

My current foster kitty was severely neglected by her previous owners. She arrived with me yesterday after having had an emergency C-section to remove 4 dead kittens.

Remarkably through all this she's still very affectionate & was cuddled up on the sofa with me last night ! Her behaviour is very good & she's found her "spot" in J's wardrobe on his old dressing gown.

However, she's severely underweight. She must weigh less than 2kg and that's an exaggeration. She's nothing but skin and bone! I had to clean off caked on "muck" from her body & the towels I used were brown when I'd finished. She was in a bad way yesterday but she's doing really well & looks so much better today.

How do I feed her up? Is it possible to overfeed an underweight cat? I've got her on go-cat indoor dry cat food (down all the time for her) and 2 pouches of felix per day.

What else can I feed her?
