the thing is....Scarlet has had stuvite stones in the past....on the recommendation list, it recommended getting a water fountain type bowl to make her drink more water to dilute the urine and help flush out any remaining gravel. Apparently dogs and cats like to drink from running water hense reasearching these fountains.

Sorry for your loss of your hound, houndies. 6 is a young age.
I do the same as you too, no food before or after a walk (golden hour) but they do drink after a walk but not after food...
