Should there really be that much of a difference? I've been enquiring around breeders as I am planning on getting a chinese crested to show.
I came across a really really dodgy one, who's pictures were the same as another dodgy breeder, and so were the prices, when enquiring after their price range I was astonished, she wanted 1000 for a pup to be KC reg with NO (yes that's right) NO endorsements, but she only wanted 550 for the SAME pup unregistered?? She then went on to try and justify this by saying that it's normal for breeders to have pet prices AND show prices . . I get that I really do BUT why so much difference? it only costs £15 to register a pup!!!

Needless to say I am steering well clear of that breeder!!! Fancy not protecting your pups (if they are indeed hers) with endorsements! They dont sell with puppy cotracts either!!

Was I right to be Wary??
